Our properties are of a high standard and all will comply with current regulations. Some will be furnished although most properties will be unfurnished.
Once you have selected a property that you wish to view please contact us and we can arrange an appointment for you. This would normally be during normal office working hours (we like to give our tenants peace and quiet at evenings and weekends).
If you like the property and wish to reserve it you will be asked to pay a non-refundable holding payment. Once received we will take the property off the market and ask you to complete an application form. This will involve personal information including previous address history, employment and salary details. This will then be used to obtain references and a credit check.
Assuming satisfactory references, the tenancy agreement will be prepared. The length and terms of this agreement will be agreed before preparation.
If we manage the property we will prepare a full photographic inventory for you and this will be checked with you at the end of the tenancy. You will also have access to our 24hr emergency helpline.
We would advise all tenants to take out insurance to cover both your and the landlords possessions.
