Local Lets are an independent privately owned residential letting agent with offices in Bath and Falmouth.
The company was set up nearly twenty years ago and has been in the ownership of husband and wife team Patrick and Elizabeth Tetley for the last twelve years.
They are joined in the Bath office by the very able Stuart James Knowles, who, when not letting property, can be found paintbrush in hand producing some of this country's finest equine art. In addition we have Stacie Muse who looks after the property inspections and maintenance amongst many other tasks.
Having spent his childhood in Cornwall, Patrick is delighted that his eldest daughter Alice now holds the fort in Falmouth. Alice has gained local knowledge and contacts whilst living and studying here (a real family affair!).
Since 2011 we have established our own Residential Sales department trading under the name of Camden House. Patrick's background in residential sales and his intimate knowledge of the city will no doubt be invaluable if you are planning to sell or buy a property in the Bath area.
